The 22 year old is the daughter of Patsy and Evelyn Brady and is a past pupil of St. Dympna’s National School, Tydavnet and St. Louis Secondary School in Monaghan. She is currently in her final year of study in St. Angela’s College, Sligo and will be completing her 4th year of the B.Ed in Home Economics and Religious Education in May. A previous winner of the Hi-Maintenance photography competition says she is “absolutely thrilled and honoured to have the opportunity to represent Co. Monaghan on a national platform. It has always been a dream of mine to enter the Miss Ireland pageant”. Noeleen is in with the chance of winning the pageant which is taking place next weekend in Dublin. If she wins, Noeleen would represent Ireland in the Miss World pageant which takes place in Mongolia in August. “It’s amazing to think that I could represent Monaghan and Ireland on an international stage and I would love to get the chance to be an ambassador for both my county and country”. The Valera Miss Ireland pageant is kicking off next Thursday the 26th of April in the Berkley Hotel, Dublin, with the winner being announced on Saturday.
